PCSX2 is a PlayStation 2 emulator for the PC, available for both GNU/Linux and Windows platforms. Version 0.9.4 of this emulator has been released, including various corrections and new and improved features.
An improved version of the ZeroSPU2 plug-in is included, which is now much more stable and comes with a time-scaling feature which means that even if the frame rate is lower than normal, audio does not cut out but rather plays slower. Also, with the new VU recompilers, it is possible to play games like Kingdom Hearts II, Metal Gear Solid III and Katamari Damacy.
